Michael A Goldstein graduated from the University of Massachusetts - Amherst, Deans List, with a Bachelors of Art in Finance and Operations Management in 2000. Attorney Goldstein received his Juris Doctor from The Massachusetts School of Law in 2005.

Subsequent to passing the Massachusetts bar, Attorney Goldstein, along with Attorney Deirdre Clegg founded the Law Office of Goldstein and Clegg, LLC, a firm representing, counseling and advising clients on Internet business matters, small business representation, workers compensation and Massachusetts bankruptcy. Attorney Goldstein currently serves in an of counsel relationship for the Mazer Law Group, LLC, focusing on employment law Attorney Goldstein's concentrates in several practice areas; small business representation, personal bankruptcy employment law and workers compensation law. He emphasizes business strategy with a particular focus on technology and sound contract review.

In addition to his legal expertise, Attorney Goldstein has extensive experience in web application development, search engine marketing, and instruction at the college level in all web development disciplines. Prior to attaining the status of an attorney, Attorney Goldstein directed a nationally known web development company for seven years. In his time with that company he consulted with major corporations, developed content management systems and increased clients search engine ranking.

Deirdre M. Clegg graduated from the University of Massachusetts - Lowell, High Distinction, with a Bachelor Degree in Marketing in 2002. Attorney Clegg received her Juris Doctor from The Massachusetts School of Law in 2006.

Attorney Clegg was inspired to help people by her late cousin, Joseph Moakley. While attending The University of Massachusetts, she interned at Middlesex Superior Court and decided to follow in Joe’s footsteps by helping people in need. Soon thereafter, she enrolled in law school.

Following her graduation from law school, Attorney Clegg, along with Attorney Michael Goldstein founded the Law Office of Goldstein and Clegg, LLC, a firm representing, counseling and advising clients on online small business matters, workers compensation and personal bankruptcy. Attorney Clegg currently serves in an of counsel relationship for the Mazer Law Group, LLC, focusing on employment law Attorney Clegg primarily focuses her practice in the areas of wrongful termination, employment discrimination, and sexual harassment. Attorney Clegg has also taught courses in paralegal studies as a professor at the Salter School.

Attorney Clegg is a member of Massachusetts Bar Association.
