Timothy Bolen is an associate at Mazer Law Group, LLC. Mr. Bolen represents employees before state and federal trial, appellate, and administrative proceedings throughout the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Mr. Bolen represents clients in all areas of the firm’s practices including asserting claims for violations of the Massachusetts Fair Employment Practices Act, employment discrimination, the wage and hour statutes, and other employment-related litigation. In addition, Mr. Bolen works with clients to secure separation and severance agreements as well as unemployment benefits.
Mr. Bolen is a member of the bar of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
Mr. Bolen received his B.S. summa cum laude, from Northeastern University and his J.D., cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School where he was a Note Editor of the Suffolk Journal of Trial and Appellate Advocacy. While in law school, Mr. Bolen won the Tom C. Clark Appellate Advocacy Competition, was a member of the National Moot Court Team, and published “Singled Out: Application and Defense of Antitrust Law & Single Entity Status to Non-Team Professional Sports” Suffolk Journal of Trial and Appellate Advocacy (Dec. 2009).
Mr. Bolen currently serves as an advisor to Suffolk Law School’s National Moot Court team and is a frequent judge for moot court competitions throughout the region.
